This policy explains how the Card Kings app and the kings-play.app website handle your data. By using the app you agree to it.
What we collect
- Account: your email and password (stored hashed; we never see it), player name and number, the picture you upload, your bio and country.
- Play: your level, XP and match statistics, your coin balance and its history, gifts and badges.
- Social: friends, friend requests and blocks, private messages, club and chat group messages, and reports you send or receive.
- Voice: voice chat goes live through our own voice server and is never recorded or stored.
- Technical: the usual connection logs on our servers (such as IP address and time) for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
- To run the game: tables, matches, competitions, coins and chat.
- To protect players: preventing cheating and abuse, reviewing reports and enforcing the terms of use.
- To contact you about your account, such as password recovery.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
What other players see
Other players see your name, number, picture, level, country and gifts. In the app's privacy settings you choose who can message you, invite you or send you friend requests, and whether others see you online. Blocked players can never reach you.
Who processes data with us
- Our database and accounts provider (Supabase) stores the game's data.
- Our own servers run voice chat and this website.
- Google Play and the App Store, when you download or buy, under their own policies.
- This website uses Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. Detailed match history is deleted after 24 hours. When you delete your account your data is deleted at once and for good, as described on the account deletion page.
Children
The game is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you learn that a child created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion. You can edit your profile and delete your account in the app; for anything else write to [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy and show the new date at the bottom of this page. We tell you about important changes in the app.
