In the app
- Open your profile from your picture at the top of the screen.
- Choose Privacy and security.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm Delete my account permanently.
Without the app
Write from your account's email to [email protected] with your player name and number. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to you.
What is deleted
- Your account, player number, profile, picture, level, coins and statistics.
- Your friendships, requests, blocks, invites and chats.
- Your club and chat group memberships, and your own group if you have one.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: nothing can be recovered and your number is never given to another player. Coins and purchases are not refunded.
